Fume Blanc, 2016, da Silva, Naramata, BC

Fume Blanc is made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape but it is less aromatic with intense layers and minerality and a long smoky finish.  This one has been aged a short time in small oak barrels.  This style of wine originated in the U.S. but it is inspired by a French wine called Pouilly Fumé.  A great example from B.C.!

All alcohol must be purchased with food and please have proof of age available at time of pickup
